Salient Features

  • There are no bakelite or plastic components in the burner (exposed to temperatures) making it suitable for operation under heat and pressure
  • Unique hinge design of the burner helps a lot during maintenance
  • Direct immersion electrical heater which responds very quickly is used
  • Pressure gauge, temperature gauge come fitted along with the burner
  • Two numbers of oil hose each 1 m long, one number of oil suction filter (online cleaning type) come along with the burner
  • No separate dedicated return oil line is required to be taken to service tank to carry return oil from burner
  • Prewired panel comes along with the burner. Only 3 phase power supply and single phase supply from controller needs to be given to the panel. This will avoid the cost of extra panel and interconnecting wiring
  • Burner flame tube and diffuser are made of SS
  • Hooter / Alarm provision to indicate burner TRIP conditions is available in the burner panel
  • On / Off, Two stage and Proportional control burners are available
